Refund policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@fuchs-accessoires.com. Returns must be sent to: Anja Fuchs, Sandstr. 55, 53332 Bornheim, Germany. Upon approval, we will provide a return label and instructions. Please report damaged or defective items immediately upon receipt. Exceptions: perishable goods, custom-made items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Exchanges: please return the item and purchase the new one separately. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
